H.E. Ms. Lerato D. Mataboge, AUC Commissioner for Infrastructure and Energy, to Deliver Keynote Address at Infrastructure Africa 2026

The organisers of Infrastructure Africa are proud to announce that Her Excellency, Ms. Lerato D. Mataboge, Commissioner for Infrastructure and Energy at the African Union Commission (AUC), will deliver the Keynote Address at the 2026 Infrastructure Africa Conference & Exhibition, taking place from 2 – 3 March 2026 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) in Cape Town, South Africa.

H.E. Ms. Mataboge’s participation underscores the African Union’s commitment to advancing regional connectivity, sustainable infrastructure investment, and energy development across the continent. As Commissioner, she plays a central role in driving the AUC’s agenda to build integrated, resilient, and inclusive infrastructure systems that power Africa’s economic transformation.

Her keynote address will open two days of high-level dialogue uniting policymakers, financiers, developers, and private sector leaders from across Africa and beyond. The 2026 edition of Infrastructure Africa will focus on mobilising investment, strengthening public-private partnerships, and accelerating project implementation across key sectors including energy, transport, water, digital infrastructure, and industrial development.
